Refund Policy

Returns & Refunds

We accept returns only if:

The item arrives damaged or defective.

The wrong item was delivered.

The item is significantly different from the product description.

To request a return, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order and provide clear photos of the issue.

Non-Returnable Items

Due to the collectible nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:

Change of mind.

Incorrect product selection by the customer.

Minor packaging imperfections that do not affect the product itself.

Items that have been opened, used, modified, or damaged after delivery.

Refund Process

Once your request is reviewed and approved, a refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Shipping Costs

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part or a damaged/defective product.
